HYDERABAD: Telangana High Court Judge K.Jayakumar issued an order to register an FIR against Chief Election Commissioner and 11 other members on the appeal from Raghavender Raju of MahbubNagar District.
It is said that Telangana Exercise Minister Sri.Srinivas Goud had then Submitted false affidavit with Election Commissioner in 2018 but even after repeated complaints no action has been taken on the complaint, Hearing to the matter K.jayakumar ( Special Session Court Judge for M.P’s and MLA’s ) Telangana High Court had issued the order for FIR.
Judge K.Jayakumar has been Suspended from the Post by TELANGANA HIGH COURT ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT for the decision taken without proper judicial manner and that he made a serious mistake by taking such decision.
